Cancellation Policy
Non-Personalized Orders:

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your non-personalized order within 24 hours of placing it.

Pre-Dispatch: Cancellations can be approved if the order has not been dispatched yet.

Post-Dispatch: If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, the following fees apply:

Return to Origin (RTO) fee

Personalized Orders:

Non-Cancellable: Orders for personalized or customized products cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
International Orders:

Non-Cancellable: Once placed, international orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Replacements
We are committed to resolving any issues with damaged or incorrect products.

Eligibility: Exchanges are only considered for products received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Evidence: For claims regarding missing items or damages, please provide an unedited unboxing video as proof. Send the video to us via email at support@zuvigifts.com.

Personalized or customized products
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
Refunds
Non-Personalized Orders:

Refund Options: You can receive a refund to your original payment method

Original Payment Method: Refunds to the original payment method will incur a 5% transaction and cancellation fee. These refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Processing Time: All refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Post-Dispatch Refunds: Cancellations after dispatch will be subject to the shipping fee, RTO fee, and a 5% restocking fee.
Personalized Orders:

Refund Policy: Upon cancellation, the cost of the personalized product will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance, minus the personalized product cost and a 5% cancellation fee, will be refunded.

Damaged or Missing Products:

Verification: Upon receiving and inspecting your photos/videos, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Timelines:

Express Shipping: 2 - 4 working days for metro and tier 1 cities.

Standard Shipping: 5 - 9 working days for deliveries across India.

International Shipping: 10 - 12 working days.
Please note, orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. If significant delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
Potential Delays for Personalized Orders:

Extended Processing: During peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances, personalized items may require an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery. Customers will be informed of any delays.
Non-Refundable Logistics Delays:

Third-Party Delays: Zuvi Gifts is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other logistical challenges. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these factors.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable to their order. Zuvi Gifts does not cover these charges, and any additional costs during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Agreement and Policy Changes
By placing an order for personalized items, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the latest version of our policy before placing an order.
